The first reality in some of today’s most prevalent “news” stories — far too often proffered, polished and promoted by any mental midget with a cell phone camera or computer — is the lack of objectivity accompanied by its unthinking acceptance by an uncritical populace unequipped to filter differences in importance between civil wars in Middle Eastern countries and Lady GaGa’s latest hair color.
Knowing this, scumbags take advantage of a general culpability that believes, to this day, that if it’s on broadcast or cable TV — or in print or online — it’s both true and relevant. Especially if it’s on twisted TV, such as Fox News (Faux News), or on Christian radio, such as those run by the hate group AFA, including Bryan Fischer‘s senseless ramblings of sheer incoherence.
Religion, both of course and unfortunately, is far too often the center of such created non-news, usually with an agenda meant to rile the feathers and gather torch-wielding Dark Age denizens around a sinister cause. Especially pernicious is the involvement of innocent children in lies and not misdemeanors, but what should be prosecuted as criminal.
